Hughes and Hughes - Pinot Gris

Fruit from vineyards in the Tamar Valley, North West,Coal River and Derwent Valley. Picked between 11.9 and 12.8 baume. Parcels were fermented on skins (15%), in seasoned barrels (25%) and in tank (60%) before being blended and matured in tank on lees. Bottled unfined and filtered.
